Crystal is an entrepreneur and multi-family real estate specialist passionate about making a positive contribution to her community while providing investors with consistent returns. After working in the corporate world for over a decade, she followed her passion by transitioning to the real estate industry. Over the past eight years, she has worked in various operational roles, providing her with the expertise and skills to establish and successfully scale multiple businesses. As the Founder of Legacy Property Services, Crystal diversifies her investors' portfolios and maximizes their returns, all while providing safe and affordable housing for her community. Crystal's mission is to continue empowering her community members with multi-family housing and inspiring investors to get involved in a generative cause.

Janel Loughin
CO-OWNER
Janel was born and raised in northern Chester County, and bought the house she grew up in, in 2013. She graduated from Owen J. Roberts High School and went on to earn degrees from Shippensburg University. After college, Janel moved to Ocean City New Jersey where she purchased her first home, fell in love with real estate, and obtained her Real Estate License. After having her two daughters, Palmer and Portlyn, she chose to move back to her hometown and bought the home she grew up in.

Bob, is a seasoned professional with a diverse career journey. He has seamlessly transitioned from the artistry of the culinary world to becoming a meticulous and effective Maintenance Manager. With a passion for problem-solving and an eye for detail, Bob brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to the realm of maintenance and construction. Just as a chef carefully crafts each dish, Bob ensures every aspect of maintenance and construction projects are executed with meticulous attention to detail.

Over the past six years, I have built my career in the real estate industry, starting in wholesaling where I worked as both a Lead Manager and Dispositions Manager. During that time, I developed a true passion for helping homeowners navigate difficult situations, whether they were facing financial hardship, distressed properties, or simply needed a fresh start. Being able to work closely with people and help create solutions for them was one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
After three years in wholesaling, I decided to expand my experience and transition into property management. As a property manager, I found even more fulfillment in helping individuals and families find a place they could truly call home. Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to meet many amazing people and build meaningful relationships along the way.
Driven by my passion for real estate and helping others, I decided to take the next step in my career by pursuing my real estate license. I have successfully completed my classes and am now preparing to take my final exam to become a licensed real estate agent.
Real estate can be a challenging field at times, but I genuinely enjoy finding solutions, overcoming obstacles, and helping make things happen for my clients. My goal has always been to provide guidance, support, and a positive experience for the people I work with.
