For bookkeeping matters such as rent, utility payments and questions about your rental account, please contact our office at katie@legacypropservices.com or 610-674-0026 and ask to speak to the person in charge of collections.

You can manage any documents you've signed by logging into your tenant portal here.

During normal business hours for routine NON-emergency calls please put a work order in through your tenant portal here or email maintenance@legacypropservices.com. All routine maintenance requests must be submitted in writing and cannot be accepted via verbal, phone or text.

Emergency and After-Hours:

Call 484-202-0310. Calls will be routed to the on-call technician.

First things first, let us know so we can take care of that for you!

In the meantime, DO NOT remove the batteries in your detector! A smoke detector is your first line of defense in the event of a fire. Not only is it dangerous to have a non-functioning detector, but it's also a violation of the fire code. The sound might be a nuisance, but the detector will still work when you need it to. We'll be out soon to take care of the noise!
