How do I pay my rent each month?You can submit your rent payment online through the tenant portal by logging in here. If you prefer to mail a physical check, they can be made out to: Legacy Property Services LLC P.O. Box 1443 Pottstown, PA 19464

I have a billing question. Who should I contact?For bookkeeping matters such as rent, utility payments and questions about your rental account, please contact our office at katie@legacypropservices.com or 610-674-0026 and ask to speak to the person in charge of collections.

How do I view or renew my lease?You can manage any documents you've signed by logging into your tenant portal here.

How do I submit a maintenance request?During normal business hours for routine NON-emergency calls please put a work order in through your tenant portal here or email maintenance@legacypropservices.com. All routine maintenance requests must be submitted in writing and cannot be accepted via verbal, phone or text. Emergency and After-Hours: Call 484-202-0310. Calls will be routed to the on-call technician.

My smoke detector keeps chirping... what should I do?First things first, let us know so we can take care of that for you! In the meantime, DO NOT remove the batteries in your detector! A smoke detector is your first line of defense in the event of a fire. Not only is it dangerous to have a non-functioning detector, but it's also a violation of the fire code. The sound might be a nuisance, but the detector will still work when you need it to. We'll be out soon to take care of the noise!
